The dances is said keepsake of Ayako (wife of Fusayoshi Uesugi; the feudal load of Echigo who committed suicide due to betrayal of his retainer Tamekage Nagao in 1509).

 Highlight

"Kouta Odori", "Hayashimai","Kyogen" has own particular taste. Simple and sophisticated dance makes a profound impression on us.

The dance shows us feeling and lifestyles of people lived 500 years ago. It is like time warp experience and moves our emotions.
